Where hotel greenery does the most work

Lobby and reception. The single highest-value placement in the building. Tall, full, immaculately groomed specimens in planters chosen to match the property’s material palette. This is the area we service most frequently, because it is the area guests judge first.

Porte-cochère and entrance. Arrival greenery sets expectations before a guest walks through the door. Outdoor-hardy material that handles Pune’s summer heat and monsoon without looking battered by August.

Because it is rental, the property carries no storage burden, no disposal problem, and no risk of paying for material that only suits one event’s theme. Your banqueting team can offer greenery as part of a package without owning any of it.

How we work around hotel operations

We work when guests aren’t watching. Servicing and installation are scheduled for low-traffic windows — early morning, or overnight for public areas — so no guest ever sees a maintenance trolley in the lobby.

Consistency is the deliverable. For a hotel, a plant that looks acceptable is not good enough; it has to look immaculate every day. Our servicing frequency for hospitality is higher than for offices, and leaf cleaning is part of every visit rather than an occasional extra.

Fast replacement, not repair. If a specimen is past its best, we swap it rather than nursing it back in place. That is the entire advantage of renting from a working nursery — we hold the stock.

Coordination with housekeeping and engineering. We agree access routes, service lift use and watering protocols with your teams so nothing conflicts with cleaning schedules or floor finishes.

Seasonal refreshes. Festive periods, peak wedding season and property photoshoots all justify a temporary uplift in planting. We plan those with you rather than reacting to them.
